Oh my godnees. I hadn't idea about all process of preparation of meals of fast food restaurants. I'm dissapointed to descover this horror.
ReplyDeleteI usually eat fast food when I go out, maybe to save time and money, but I think that is a bad habit for our health.
However, I love fast food, I Think that is very delicious and cheap, maybe this is the problem for everyone.

I think fast food is unhealthy only depending on who and how makes it.
ReplyDeleteAs we can see in the video, big companies like McDonalds or Burger King are just looking forward to earning money by producing cheap food, so they just don't care really much about what their food are made of. When we see those images, we all think that it's disgusting, but when a friend tells you "hey, shall we go to McDonals? " you say yes because it's cheap and it tastes good because of the products (toxic products) that they add to their food.
On the other hand, fast food made by yourself at home or in a reliable shop, can be healthy. You know it's made with good meat and when you fry it at home, you fry it with olive oil, so it's healthy! A hamburger can be just as healthy as any other piece of meat.
I think we should think more about all the loads of disadvantages that fast food restaurants' food have. Isn't our health more important than money? I prefer spending some more money on something healthy rather than on something that hurts me.
